Reverend Clement Tho Hsi Huat is married with 4 children; 2 boys and 2 girls: Wesley, Jabez, Priscilla and Charis. His wife, Rebecca Ting, graduated from Trinity Theological College Singapore. Both of her parents are pastors.

Rev. Tho graduated from Malaysia Theological Seminary in 1995 and served in local churches for 18 years. From 2006-2007, he pursued a degree in Master of Divinity (M. Div.) at Singapore Bible College. He joined Singapore Baptist Church in June 2014 as head pastor, chiefly responsible for mentoring, pastoral care, teaching, missions, and evangelism. His motto for pastoring is “to instill love and truth into families and the church”.

Pastor Chiow Siew Khim is a member of the Singapore Baptist Church, graduated from the Singapore Bible College with a Bachelor in Theology on May 2009. She serves because the Lord Jesus is her Savior, who saved her from sin. The Lord Jesus is also the Lord of her life, who gave her new life and it is her desire to proclaim this path of life to others. Her areas of service include Children Ministry, Sunday school, New Believers' Follow-up, Evangelism Exploration, Sisters' Fellowship and Friday Rhapsody. In addition, visitations along with care and concern are also important areas of service that she performs to build up the body of Christ.
